Dr. Nathan Pham
Dr. Pham understands the changes that a woman's body goes through following pregnancy, weight loss, or natural aging, and employs his talents to tailor a surgical and/or non-surgical treatment plan created for each individual. He specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery including procedures to augment, lift, reduce or reconstruct the breasts, flatten the tummy, rejuvenate the face, eyes and neck, or contour the body. Education & Training Dr. Pham received premedical training at Utica College of Syracuse University in New York where he received the Dean’s scholarship and graduated as Most Outstanding Senior in 1992. He then attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his medical degree in 1996. His formal training includes an internship at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Long Island, NY in 1997 and a residency in General Surgery at Peninsula Medical Center , New York, NY, from 1998-2000.
Dr. Pham was recognized for his outstanding accomplishments in residency and was named Resident of the Year in 1999.In preparation for his specialty, Dr. Pham completed a fellowship in Burn and Reconstructive Surgery at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla NY in from 2000 to 2001. He was appointed chief of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine from 2001-2003. Out of a desire to serve his country, Dr. Pham joined the medical corps of the U.S. Army Reserve in 1999 receiving a captain’s commission. During the tragedy of September 11, 2001 he volunteered for a tour of duty and used his specialty to help 9/11 victims. He was again called to active duty in 2006 and served 4 months at Fort Lewis Madigan Medical Center where he was promoted to the rank of Major and received a medal for meritorious service.
In his practice, Dr. Pham specializes primarily in cosmetic surgery with strong emphasis on body contouring. He is extremely adept with contouring procedures like abdominoplasty (tummy tucks), breast augmentation, liposuction, face lifts, mini-face lifts, eyelid surgeries, and rhinoplasty. He is also an expert in non-surgical cosmetic procedures like Botox, Restylane, Radiesse, and fat injection for facial rejuvenation. However, Dr. Pham does not simply take a medical approach with his patients. He believes strongly in holistic medicine as well as health and fitness. As an ACE certified personal trainer, Dr. Pham has counseled many of his patients, before and after surgery, helping them to develop diet and exercise routines to attain and maintain the body of their dreams. He also enjoys helping patients who have experienced extreme weight loss (gastric bypass) recover the body they once had.
Dr. Pham was recently featured on the Fox Reality Network’s Reality Remix show. He appeared in several segments and performed surgeries on reality TV stars Robin Hibbard and Mark Long.
